Vijar provides corporate management and financial advisory services where he delivers operational and financial development solutions and serves in CFO and COO consulting roles for Insight's clients.

Vijar began his career before college as a financial analyst for a boutique brokerage firm on Wall Street where he was able to build a strong business acumen as an equities analyst. While attending Seton Hall University, Vijar had various banking positions at institutions such as Citigroup, Merrill Lynch-Bank of America and a boutique fund of funds.  After graduating, Vijar went into a full-time Prime Brokerage role at J.P. Morgan Chase where he was able to utilize his prior knowledge and excel within the firm’s Capital Introductions Group, Hedge Fund Consulting, Risk Management & Financing.  Vijar brings extensive business experience, including several years as a successful equities portfolio manager.

As managing partner of a Financial Management Advisory group, Vijar has sharpened his capability to analyze company financials to ensure margins of profitability and reduction of cost. His success has been in managing the allocation and deployment of company’s capital.  Vijar has been responsible for financial modeling, financial reporting, and investor relations.

Vijar graduated cum laude with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance with concentrations in Accounting and Economics from Seton Hall University where he was a member of the Stillman School of Business Leadership Development Honors Program.  He is a CFA Level II candidate, NYSSA Investment Research Challenge finalist and is fluent in Hindi and Punjabi.
